Obowizki:

1. Obsuga maszyn i urzdze technologicznych oraz ich regulacje, przezbrojenia i dbao o ich stan techniczny.
2. Zapewnienie prawidowego przebiegu procesu technologicznego i produkcyjnego.
3. Produkowanie zgodnie z zaoeniami jakociowymi i ilociowymi.
4. Prowadzenie zapisw prowadzonych procesw zgodnie z obowizujcymi systemami.
5. Kontrolowanie jakoci wytwarzanego produktu zgodnie z instrukcjami.
6. Nadzorowanie i przestrzeganie jakoci oraz bezpieczestwa ywnoci i pasz, zgodnie z obowizujcymi w zakadzie politykami i obowizujc w tym zakresie dokumentacj.
