Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics.Your role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for a Demand Planning Intern to join KIKO MILANOs Planning Team, reporting to the Demand Planning & New Projects Coordinator.Such talent will support the Planning team in the development and validation of Demand Sales Forecasting and sales analysis of New Products / New Collections for all the sales channels of KIKO, working in a highly dynamic and fast pacing multifunctional team.In particular, you will:Support the definition of Demand Sales Forecasting and sales analysis of New Products / New Collections for all the sales channels of KIKO: owned stores, online/ e-commerce, wholesale and franchisingCollaborate with Marketing, Retail and Merchandise teams in the process to define the demand forecast of New Products / New CollectionsMonitor and analyze the sales, stock, sell through performance KPI of new products and new collection to understand the behavior and develop actions accordinglyGrant that the sales forecast incorporate all the marketing initiatives, promotions and development plans of all the sales channels correctSupply planning: support supply plans initial reorders for new products for central warehouse.What you will need to succeedUniversity degree, Engineering or Economics with a strong focus on supply chain2/3-year experience in a similar role in an international environment, having worked in the supply chain / demand&supply planning of a retail company is a plusFluent in EnglishMs Office proficiencySAP (user) and Demand planning tools - idealWe would love if you hadHighly collaborative style and willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teamsTeam playerExcellent communication and influencing skills with experience of building relationships across an organizationAbility to multi-task and be action orientedExercise independent judgement and decision-makingA solution-orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at paceKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunit e dedica una particolare attenzione allintegrazione delle persone con disabilit allinterno dellazienda.
