From consulting and design to implementation and maintenance, Axians Italia provides tailored technological solutions based on scalability and integration principles.We are currently seeking a Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist for our offices in Corsico (MI) and Vicenza, to strengthen our operational team and support our growth trajectory. This role is part of the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) area and involves strategic consulting projects for external clients and internal compliance support, focusing on cybersecurity and data protection, ensuring adherence to major national, European, and sector-specific regulations.Key Responsibilities:Analyze client requirements and processes related to IT Security Risk Assessment and Information Risk Management.Verify and support compliance with cybersecurity and data protection regulations (e.g., NIS2, GDPR, DORA) and standards (ISO27001, IEC 62443, FNCS, NIST CSF).Monitor evolving regulations and legal precedents.Define strategies for cybersecurity, data protection, business continuity, and crisis management.Review organizational models and governance tools in light of regulatory and technological developments.Design and conduct training sessions on cybersecurity and data protection for clients and colleagues.Collaborate with internal teams to provide integrated consulting support.Required Qualifications:Degree in legal studies, computer science, or management engineering.3-5 years of experience in Cybersecurity Governance and Data Protection.Knowledge of sector regulations, methodologies, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., GDPR, NIS2, ISO27001, NIST).Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Excellent command of MS Office.Willingness to travel nationally.Core Skills:Accuracy, reliability, and goal-oriented mindset.Teamwork and constructive communication skills.Consultative approach focused on client needs.Proactive attitude and continuous learning inclination.Work Details:Location: Corsico (MI) / Vicenza, ItalyType: Full-time, hybrid work model within a smart organization framework.Note: Distribution or reproduction of this job posting without authorization from Axians is strictly prohibited.#J-18808-Ljbffr
