HR Shared Services Specialist
to work in one of our valued client offices in
Madrid, Spain .
Your role
As an
HR Shared Services Specialist , you will manage a broad range of HR processes, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant service
delivery across all operational HR activities . Your role will encompass
end-to-end management
of employee and consultant data, payroll, benefits, time management, organizational changes, and reporting. This position is critical in
supporting the HR Shared Service Center'' s goal vision.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Data Management : Overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to organizational changes.Payroll and Benefits Administration : Ensuring accurate and timely salary processing and effective benefits management.Time and Absence Management : Ensuring compliance with local regulations regarding work hours and leave policies.HR Reporting and Analytics : Generating and analyzing key workforce reports to support data-driven decisions.Consultant and Termination Management : Managing consultant records and ensuring efficient, compliant termination processes.
Requirements
Experience:
Proven experience in HR Shared Services deliveries or a similar role with broad operational responsibilities. Experience in payroll administration and general HR processes.Core competencies:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities. Knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, data protection regulations (GDPR), and HR compliance standards. Good understanding of HR policies, procedures and best practices.Technical skills:
Expertise in HRIS and payroll & time management systems, employee data updates and surveys. Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.Analytical and problem-solving skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Communication skills:
Service minded with the ability to communicate clearly with both employees and leadership. Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are an asset.
