Your responsibilities will include:
- Being part of the Project Management Team responsible for key investment projects at the plant
- Daily management of multiple tasks to achieve project plans within time/cost/quality constraints
- Managing projects in areas such as raw material handling machines and equipment, process and packaging equipment, infrastructure, and site utilities - media, HVAC installations, and fire protection systems
- Daily contact with internal clients to understand their needs and requirements at all project stages
- Conducting general work control (budget, schedule, resources) and regular project status reporting; project settlement
- Managing external contractors working on-site and ensuring they adhere to Mondelez International''s safety standards and procedures
- Providing engineering support in problem-solving and preparing concepts for new products or modifications in production
- Managing and coordinating maintenance activities - SAP PM; implementing optimization tools and new solutions in maintenance according to IL6S
Apply if you:
- Have a degree - preferred fields: mechatronics/automation/process engineering/food industry or project management
- Have 2-3 years of experience in project management
- Can lead, motivate, and engage team members
- Communicate fluently in English
- Possess knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Are proactive, independent, and goal-oriented
- Experience in an international environment will be an additional advantage.
