Fabrick is looking for a functional technical analystto be involved in the Payment Orchestra & Hub team, focused onthe enhancement and the development of digital payments acceptance.The Payments Orchestra & Hub team is responsible for building,maintaining and driving growth and adoption of Digital Paymentssolutions: Ecommerce acceptance, orchestration, omni-channelreconciliation and financial balancing. You will be focused onmanaging day-to-day opportunities to further scale and improve ourdigital payments solutions, this role requires both business andfunctional analysis and PMO skills, you will daily interact withinternal and external stakeholders in order to support thedevelopment of new projects and product features. As Product TecheCommerce you will work closely with other Fabrick teams across EU,including Product Owners and Managers, Delivery Manager, TechAnalysts and Commercial teams. Being able to interact withinternational teams is key, since your scope will encompass digitalpayments across EU. Main scope: eCommerce - Analysis of cardschemes and regulatory entities requirements to ensure gatewaycompliance - Develop new acceptance use cases & features basedon merchants requirements - Analysis and requirements of allgateway and orchestration projects - Validation of functionalanalysis according with Tech teams Activities - Manage functionalanalysis and definition of the requirements document and otherproject related documents - Perform the preparation, contributionand documentation of the analysis activities (gap analysis /preliminary analysis / detailed analysis / impact analysis) -Supervise and manage the test planning, definition of test casesand related documentation, management and execution of useracceptance testing - Getting hands-on experience in the day-to-dayactivities of payments solution by analyzing, defining andproposing enhancements to existing or new business processes,reports and applications in order to optimize businesseffectiveness - Assist ad-hoc data requests for both internal andexternal stakeholders. Qualifications - A Bachelors or Mastersdegree in Engineering, Finance or in a Business-related field - Atleast 4-6 years years of experience as a Business Analyst inFinance or Payment industry - Relevant professional experiencedelivering Digital Payments projects in the Large Corporate marketis an asset - Fluency in Italian and English both written andspoken - Collaborative approach and willingness to learn - Provenexperience working effectively with people at all levels in anorganization is an asset - Creative problem-solving skills andability to diagnose issues and develop solutions - Strong interestin and passion for the Payment Industry could be broadlyinterested or in a specific features like new payments methods andbusiness needs related to Large Corporate
