At RELYzIT Talent, we dont recruit we build. We are seeking a BI Lead Consultant for our client, a pivotal role that will drive impactful outcomes in the heart of Brussels. This freelance position is designed for those who are builders at heart, ready to tackle mission-critical challenges in Business Intelligence.

About the Role

This role is crucial in organizing and implementing integrated reports, dashboards, and alert systems using MS PowerBI. You will be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable insights, ensuring alignment with technical designs and governance standards. Your work will directly impact financial, customer service, and HR reporting, as well as annual CSRD & Taxonomy reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of integrated reports and dashboards using MS PowerBI.
• Define business needs and align them with proposed technical designs.
• Establish and manage PowerBI governance and maintenance processes.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure continuity of service and project alignment.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Business Analysis
• Expertise in ETL, M365 Architecture, and MDM Plugin on PowerBI
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, including Data Factory, Data Lake, and Data Warehouse
• Expert in Microsoft Fabric/PowerBI and Multidimensional Modelling
• Advanced knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP ISU, and SAP S4Hana
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch or French
• Full professional proficiency in English

Other Requirements

• Experience with legal regulatory reporting
• Knowledge of CSRD & Taxonomy
• Experience in the utilities sector
• Project management and PowerBI implementation experience
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate preferred
