Executive Assistant (m/w/d) 100% .
Your mission: - Independent and forward-looking organization and management of appointments including professional management of priorities
- Planning, coordination and implementation of complex, international business trips and high-level meetings
- Reliable and responsible handling of confidential information - confidentiality is your top priority
- Multilingual written and verbal communication (D/F/E) with internal and external contacts
- Structured preparation and follow-up of decision-making documents, presentations and reports
- Central contact person and link between management, internal departments and external cooperation partners
- Active participation in the further development and optimization of administrative processes
Your profile:
- Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in a comparable assistant function at C-level or higher
- Completed further training as an Executive Assistant or an equivalent qualification is desirable
- Very good language skills in D/E/F
- Experience in an international and multicultural environment
- Resilient, empathetic personality with a structured, solution-oriented way of working
