For over 200 years, we have created solutions and technologies that significantly and sustainably improve daily life.Role OverviewWithin the After Sales team and your geographical area, you will maintain active customer relationships, starting from the installed base, and propose spare parts packages and customized solutions for spare parts and assistance products.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer requests for spare parts and support them in identifying the most suitable solution in collaboration with Engineering;Promote sales of essential spare parts for new plants, coordinating with sales to propose them during machine purchase;Capture and develop customer needs to create new business solutions;Visit clients to promote spare parts packages and service products, and identify new sales opportunities;Achieve order intake and margin objectives, collaborating with the Spare Parts Manager.Candidate RequirementsExperience in customer service and sales, preferably in companies producing custom plants;Technical diploma preferred;Good knowledge of English and ideally another foreign language;Strong listening, interpersonal, and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach;Proactivity and a ''can do'' attitude, ability to turn problems into business opportunities;Basic ability to read technical drawings;Ability to manage deadlines and stress.Why Join Fives?Joining Fives means becoming part of an international group offering numerous growth and mobility opportunities across various sectors.
