Where will you be in the organization?
The divisionYou will join the Group Security division, defining the security standards to be applied by AXA entities, overseeing the overall security posture across the Group and providing centralized services to support entities (Crisis Management, Security Operations Centre, etc.).Throughout AXA Group, the security community represents composed of 1000 security professionals, working daily to protect our customers, operations, brand and people. To achieve this, we have gathered our three security disciplines: Information Security, Physical Security and Operational Resilience.Our main missions:Monitor the Security Threat LandscapeDefine and oversee Security Standards and Strategy implementation across the GroupDrive local security objectives with C-Level executive (COO, CIO, CTO, CFO) of AXA entitiesEnsure the security of Group Operations as an entityProvide centralized security services and products to AXA entities

The Security Risk team ensures that AXA is identifying, monitoring, and prioritizing its key security risks, across our three security disciplines.
Security risk which encompasses Information Security, Operational Resilience and Physical Security risks plays a key role in AXAs security ambition of securing the customer journey and delivering resilient services to our customers. You will be part of a highly dynamic global team, working closely with Group executives, security management teams and the Chief Security Officers whos operating companies from around the world. Our team is responsible for the security risk framework and vendor security risk framework.

Our goals are to:Design, maintain and improve a converged Security Risk framework and associated methodologies / tooling. This includes entity based risk assessments, asset based risk assessments and vendor security risk assessmentsProvide training and support to our Entities in the implementation and improvement of their local Security Risk Management FrameworkDetermine the security risk posture of the Group to support strategic initiatives on risk reduction and prioritizationMaintain and continuou
