Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Develop andexecute comprehensive marketing strategies in line with POP MART''sbrand vision and business goals, ensuring a consistent approachacross PR, commercial marketing, and product marketing. - BrandDevelopment: Oversee the development and maintenance of POP MART''sbrand identity, ensuring it remains consistent and appealing to thetarget audience. - Public Relations: Drive PR efforts byestablishing and maintaining strong relationships with media,influencers, and partners. Develop PR campaigns that generatepositive media coverage and enhance brand visibility. - TradeMarketing: Create and implement trade marketing initiatives tosupport POP MART''s presence in retail stores and e-commerceplatforms. Collaborate closely with retail partners to increasesales and strengthen brand presence. - Media: Continue to developbrand-focused social media to ensure maximum customer engagement. -Product Marketing: Lead product marketing efforts, includingproduct launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.Collaborate with the product team to ensure alignment with markettrends and customer demands. - Team Leadership: Build and lead ahigh-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, andfostering a collaborative work environment. - Budget Management:Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimalallocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives and astrong return on investment. - Market Analysis: Continuouslymonitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviorto identify opportunities and threats, adapting marketingstrategies accordingly. - Reporting and Analysis: Establish KPIsand performance metrics for marketing initiatives. Create regularreports on campaign effectiveness and use data insights to optimizemarketing efforts. Qualifications: - Cityzenship or Work Permit isrequired. - Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Marketing, Economics,or a related field. - Proven experience (7+ years) in leadershiproles in marketing, preferably in the retail sector. - Excellentcommunication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Demonstratedsuccess in creating and leading high-performing marketing teams. -Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and data-driven approach.- Proficiency in marketing software and tools. - Ability to workcollaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. -Excellent knowledge of Italian, knowledge of Chinese and English isa plus.
