In this growth drive, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst/software developer (Odoo). Maybe that''s you?
Day to day
This is a new position within the organization and as Business Analyst/Developer, you will be the person for all of our CRM related questions and issues.
Maintenance
- Provide maintenance and support for our database and GitHub repository
- Upgrade to new versions when needed
Analysis
- Analyze employee''s needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Assist employee''s in using Odoo business
- Ensure employee satisfaction with the ERP
- Improve the ERP user experience for employees
Development
- Implement agreed-upon solutions (configuration and development)
- Solve functional problems by conducting investigations
- Communicate the status and ongoing tasks with all documentation
- Organize and follow up on Odoo implementations
Must Have
- Bachelor education or higher with a min. of 3 year''s of working experience
- Previous experience in database maintenance and use of GitHub.
- Knowledge of Odoo business app is a must!
- Knowledge of development in Python
- Ability to analyze user needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- French and English proficiency
