We are looking for an experienced SAP BI Team Lead with expertise in SAP Analysis for Office (AfO), SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
In this role, you will lead a team of BI consultants, collaborate with business stakeholders, and drive the successful implementation of BI, planning, and reporting solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring knowledge transfer from the client team and building and maintaining a knowledge database to support the new team.
Lead and mentor a team of SAP BI consultants, providing technical guidance and best practices
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP BI solutions using AfO, BPC, and SAC
Design, configure, and optimize SAP BPC for planning and consolidation processes
Develop and enhance SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, reports, and predictive analytics models
Support and optimize SAP Analysis for Office reports, ensuring alignment with business needs
Ensure smooth integration of BI solutions with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and other data sources
Establish and maintain a knowledge database, ensuring team documentation is accurate and up to date
Drive performance optimization and data accuracy in BI reporting and analytics
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of BI tools
Stay updated with SAP innovations and best practices to enhance team capabilities
5+ years of experience in SAP BI solutions, with a focus on BPC, SAC, and AfO
~ Proven experience leading BI teams and projects
~ Strong expertise in SAP BPC (Standard & Embedded) for planning and consolidation
~ Hands-on experience in SAP Analytics Cloud data modeling, dashboarding, and predictive analytics
~ Deep understanding of SAP Analysis for Office and financial/operational reporting
~ Knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA integration, and data connectivity
~ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
SAP BPC or SAC certification
Experience with SAP BW/4HANA and HANA modeling
Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management best practices
