The Role
As aManaged Service Principal, you play a key role in growingZhlkes Managed Servicesbusiness within theInsurance and Bankingportfolio of clients and prospects. You are responsible for shaping and winning complex, multi-year Managed Service engagements, ensuring long-term value for our clients and driving recurring revenue growth.
You work closely withKey Account Managers, Account Teams, and Service Managersto define service offerings, structure contracts, and establish governance models that ensure high-quality, reliable services. You are a trusted advisor to our clients, positioning Zhlke as a strategic partner for digital transformation and service management.
Your Responsibilities
Business Development You activelyidentify, pursue, and close new Managed Service opportunities, working with Key Account Managers and New Business teams to build strong client relationships. You manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from discovery and proposal development to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Growth Architect You develop deep, long-term relationships with key stakeholders inPrivate Retail Banks, Insurers, and Reinsurers, positioningZhlkes Managed Servicesas a strategic solution to their operational and regulatory challenges. You drive account expansion by identifyingupsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring sustainable recurring revenue growth.
Value creation leader You defineScope of Services, SLAs, governance models, and commercial termsthat meet client needs while ensuring profitability. You lead the creation of compelling proposals and successfully negotiate contracts that form the foundation of long-term partnerships.
Portfolio Steward You provide high-level supervision of thedelivery and continuous improvementof Managed Service engagements, acting as an escalation point when necessary. You support service teams in achieving key performance indicators, includingagreed average project margin and utilisation of Managed Service specialists.
Market Strategist You contribute to the evolution ofManaged Service offerings and go-to-market strategy,ensuring they align with the needs of theInsurance and Bankingsectors. You help refinesales messaging, value propositions, and competitive positioning.
