We currently seek a Talent Acquisition Specialist, offering him/her a career track to develop as a future Business Manager or Senior Talent Acquisition Spcialist.
About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key pillar of our organization.
- He/she is responsible for supporting Strands growth by identifying new consultants and linking them with the right first project, in close collaboration with a Business Manager.
- He/she develops a strong network of experts in our field through different channels, on- and offline, and is the go to person when it comes to working for/with Strand.
- He/she joins forces with our Marketing team to attract new talents, and participates to multiple external events (job fairs, seminars, conventions) to meet new talents.
- Based on his/her performance and aspirations, it is expected that the Talent Acquisition Specialist grows as a future Business Manager (and becomes responsible for further developing collaborations with actors of the life sciences sector) OR a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (and manage full recruitment cycles, contribute to employer branding and help improve tools and processes).
About you
- You have a Degree in a Business, Human Resources or Science-related field
- Youve recently completed your studies in one of the above fields or youve already had a first professional experience and are ready for a new opportunity! Were happy to consider junior profiles with little experience motivation and eagerness to learn matter most!
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, and you love being challenged
- You enjoy going the extra mile, and being rewarded based on your success
- You speak French and English fluently
- You have excellent communication skills
- You work autonomously, though you call yourself a team player
