What are we looking for?
A Funcional Analyst, with experience in insurance sector, to join a stable international project, based in Madrid.
Responsibilities:
Participate in client meetings to clarify the scope and the functional proposal and gather, evaluate, and prioritize requirements with stakeholders.
Generation of Functional/Technical analysis from customers requirements definitions on User Stories on the Sprint Backlog.
Model processes and workflows using tools such as UML and BPMN.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional specifications are correctly translated into practical solutions.
Support the team of development/testing to implement and test the solution agreed with client
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate the validation of implemented developments.
Create detailed documentation and user manuals for the designed processes.
Requirements:
Experience in insurance sector
Knowledge of modeling tools
Knowledge of ticketing tools
Knowledge of collaborative tools (MS teams, Confluence, Octane)
Process design and modelling using UML and BPMN
Jira
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Database query language (SQL)
English (high level written and oral)
Optionally, French level B2 or higher
