The role involves working as a professional individual contributor under moderate supervision, handling routine and occasional non-routine problems. Fluency in Italian and English is required. The candidate should be an Italian country expert with global lead experience.Essential FunctionsCoordinate the development of investigator grants, estimates, contracting strategies, and proposal texts to support proposal development.Develop contract language, payment language, and budget templates as applicable.Maintain contracting systems, tools, processes, and training materials according to the Scope of Work and Project Plan.Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and RSU regions to ensure project scope delivery in compliance with sponsor requirements and RSU Management Plan.Provide legal, operational, and financial contracting support to Study Teams to facilitate business development and trial initiation while ensuring regulatory compliance.Assist in creating or reviewing scientific, technical, and administrative documentation to support business development and study maintenance.Collect, analyze, and disseminate contracting intelligence to support studies and the wider company.Ensure contracting efficiency and adherence to timelines and financial goals.Report on contracting performance metrics and out-of-scope activities.Work with Quality Management to maintain contract management standards and mentor colleagues, including delivering training.Deliver client presentations as required and maintain internal systems like CTMS, databases, and project timelines.Develop long-term relationships with key IQVIA clients where possible.QualificationsBachelor''s Degree in a related field is required.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sponsor or CRO site contracting, including global/regional experience as a contract negotiator.
