Interested in contributing to real estate projects from the ground up? As a Real Estate Development Manager, youll support the full lifecycle of real estate assets from evaluation, acquisition, development, and management of real estate assets between currently two locations in Italy between Emilia Romagna and Piedmont, as well as future ones. This role will work closely with the investment, finance, and development teams to provide financial modeling, market research, and strategic insights that drive key real estate decisions. What you will do: Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling for potential acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects Prepare investment memoranda, pitch decks, and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders Coordinate with third party vendors market research performance and analysis, including tracking real estate trends, demographic data, and economic indicators Assist in underwriting deals by analyzing cash flows, returns (IRR, ROI, NPV), and risk assessments Coordinate with third-party vendors (brokers, appraisers, consultants) for data gathering and due diligence Maintain and update real estate databases, comparables, and pipeline tracking Support asset management teams by monitoring portfolio performance, lease data, and capital expenditure Participate in site visits, due diligence efforts, and transaction closings as needed Coordinate construction phase: consultant scouting, tender phase management, construction site monitoring and management Who are we looking for: Bachelors degree or study background in Real Estate, Architectural, Building Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate, investment, or construction project management Flexibility and availability for weekly trips between (currently) two locations in Italy: Emilia Romagna and Piedmont Flexibility and availability for weekly trips in Italy based on business needs and/or location of new investments Good knowledge of construction, regulation, urban planning, and market analysis PM, PMI master Strong financial modeling skills in Excel; familiarity with Argus, CoStar, Yardi, or similar real estate tools Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy Exposure to specific real estate segment, e.g., multifamily, industrial, commercial, hospitality Understanding of real estate valuation methods and market dynamics Familiarity with GIS tools or mapping software is a plus Medium-high level fluency with English Medium-high ability to use software as AutoCAD, Excel, Project/Primavera, PowerPoint, InDesign, photoshop About Our Group Krause Group Italy is part of Krause Group, a U.S. based parent company comprising a diverse set of domestic and international businesses.
