Senior Associate Supply Chain

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate Supply Chain to manage and execute change control activities for designated products. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Artwork, Planning, Regulatory, Quality, and Partner Alliances to ensure seamless supply chain operations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage change control processes for assigned products, ensuring alignment with internal standards and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support change control activities, including Supply Chain, Planning, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and external partners.
- Apply established principles, policies, and procedures of change control management in daily operations.
- Set and manage priorities to meet change control objectives and departmental KPIs (e.g., Right First Time, milestone adherence).
- Participate in and represent the department in relevant internal and cross-functional meetings.
- Support and manage Master Data activities (such as Bills of Materials and material creation), ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, analyze issues, and lead projects to implement improvements.
- Facilitate Product Lifecycle Team meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices.
Candidate Profile:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree with 35 years of relevant experience, or
- Masters degree with 13 years of relevant experience
Language:
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of change control management
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry
- Background in a complex, international organization
