Job DescriptionAu sein de notre dpartement Client Onboarding & Administration, vous intgrerez le service Central Data. Vous aurez pour principales missions :
- Analyse et investigation de la documentation juridique et fiscale des dossiers personnes physiques (AML/KYC, FATCA, QI, CRS) ;
- Saisie des ouvertures de comptes par correspondance, en ligne ou par vido confrence ;
- Collaboration troite avec les services Compliance et Business Operations ;
- Interactions frquentes avec les chargs de relations.
Qualifications- Vous justifiez d''une exprience confirme dans un service administratif, de prfrence dans le domaine banque-assurance ou encore au sein d''une socit fiduciaire et/ou avez des connaissances dans les diverses rglementations bancaires ;
- On reconnat en vous une personne mthodique, rigoureuse et sachant travailler dans un environnement exigeant ;
- Franais & anglais courants, lcrit comme loral. L''allemand est un atout ;
- Bonnes aptitudes rdactionnelles et sens de la communication ;
- Matrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, Outlook) ;
- Personnalit ouverte, sens du service vis--vis des clients internes ;
- Bonne capacit dintgration.
