Accounting Team Leader with German (SSC) Reference number: AM/NY Location: Dolnoslaskie / Boleslawiec Category: Ksiegowosc korporacyjna (SSC / BPO), Manager GL / R2R / RtR Responsibilities: Managing the team and ensuring the stability of SSC structures. Supporting the proper execution of accounting processes (AP, Treasury). Overseeing and monitoring the electronic flow of accounting documents. Collaborating on adapting the SAP system to current accounting and tax regulations. Preparing KPI reports for direct supervisors and management in Germany. Coordinating activities with the IT department and other units within the group to optimize and enhance accounting processes. Requirements: Min. 4 years of experience as a team leader within SSC/BPO structures. Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles. Leadership skills and the ability to engage others. Practical experience with SAP, as well as proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Very good command of German (B2/C1) and English. Excellent organizational skills for both personal and team workload management. Goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively within strict deadlines.
