You can explain just about anything to anyone, and youre comfortable communicating in writing and over the phone.**Requirements**To be the ideal Regional Community Life Manager expert for this role**:-10+ years progressive experience planning, creating and coordinating events, programs and extreme outings on a large scale.-10+ years experience leading, developing and training a large team.-Have imagination and creativity to motivate self and others.-College education in recreation or similar field or completion of 36 hour activity course training.-Want to achieve the interest and desires of our residents, through marvelous programs, events and outings.
