Role Overview
As Sustainability Operations Coordinator, you will steer the day-to-day delivery and long-term evolution of GEODIS Freight Forwardings sustainability services. From global emissions reporting and sustainable-fuel certification to supporting bids, you will safeguard operational excellence, accuracy and credibility while driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
The position is structured around 3 dimensions: reporting and improvement processes, customer and Business Development team support and internal communication.
Global emissions reporting
Sustainable Fuel (SAF/SMF) operations
Service & reporting development
Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects that improve sustainability tools, methodologies and user experienceworking with Business Intelligence, Operations and Finance.
Tender & customer support
Provide accurate emissions calculations and sustainability content for tenders, RFQs and customer requests
Training & engagement
Deliver internal trainings, and knowledge-sharing sessions; present to customers.
Communications & knowledge management
Continuous improvement
Monitor best practice, regulatory changes and customer feedback; propose improvements that keep our sustainability offer ahead of the curve.
Education
Masters in Environmental Science, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering or similar (or equivalent experience).
Experience
35 years in logistics, supply-chain or sustainability operations with strong focus on data-driven reporting and process management.
