Senior Back-end Engineer at XTELWe are a professional team of recruiting specialists searching for talents in Ukraine, Europe, and the USA. Currently, we are looking for a Senior Back-end Engineer for XTEL.The Senior Backend Developer will be responsible for product design and implementation, supporting field sales management and trade optimization processes, and managing complex planning and execution activities. You will play a key role in transforming the solution to SaaS, focusing on refactoring and service transformation.ResponsibilitiesLead development and refactoring of advanced product capabilities, analyzing information, and providing technical recommendations.Support design reviews to ensure solutions align with architecture, security, scalability, and maintainability guidelines.Gather requirements, design and implement product capabilities, lead development, deployment, and monitoring in production.Estimate development efforts for new features and enhancements in collaboration with Scrum team members.Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and community.Develop and maintain high-quality, secure, and efficient software.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a SaaS solution based on Microsoft technologies hosted on Azure.Assist in architecting solutions to support sales management and trade processes.QualificationsAdvanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).Experience in legacy code refactoring.Proficiency in C# programming.Experience applying SOLID principles and Design Patterns.Knowledge of writing Unit and Integration Tests.Fluent English communication skills.Understanding of full software development lifecycle, coding standards, code reviews, source control, and deployment.Experience with distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications.Experience working within a microservice-oriented architecture.Database query performance tuning and troubleshooting skills.Experience in Consumer Goods/Retail sector and related processes is advantageous.What You Will GetA challenging position in a fast-growing Revenue Growth and Trade Promotion Management software company.Part of a young, international team with strong ownership and a can-do attitude.Opportunities to contribute to organizational growth.An international multidisciplinary environment and close collaboration with the business.Flexible working arrangements, including the possibility of hybrid work (company HQ in Bologna).#J-18808-Ljbffr
