What you will do:

As BD Recruitment consultant, you are in charge of building your own business by acquiring your own clients (New Business Development), to then support them in their hiring needs by placing freelance experts. You are constantly building and fostering the two networks of clients and candidates.

• Building your portfolio of clients by acquiring clients via phone
• Foster relationships with new candidates by phone, and diligently screen candidates to match their specific needs
• Skilfully negotiate deals to secure mutually beneficial deals
• Be the primary contact point for your candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process

What do you bring:

• You''ve got a determined, goal-oriented mindset and are always up for a challenge
• Your German or Dutch skills, both written and spoken, are superb (C1-2). If not, you speak almost native English and have B2B Sales or Recruitment experience
• You''ve got some experience in HORECA/hospitality, sales, recruitment, or in a similar high performance fast-paced environment. Big plus if you have experience in sales, BD or account management
• You live in or around Amsterdam
