VIC Experience & Engagement Coordinator Tom FordDistribution Srl is seeking a VIC Experience & EngagementCoordinator to oversee and enhance the experiences of our VeryImportant Clients (VICs). This role requires a strategic thinkerwith a deep understanding of luxury clienteling, event management,gifting strategies, supplier coordination, and cross-functionalcollaboration. Key Responsabilities: - Develop and implementstrategies to enhance the VIC journey, ensuring personalized andexceptional experiences across all touchpoints worldwide (in-store,digital, events). - Serve as the primary point of contact for VICs,addressing their needs and preferences to foster long-term loyalty.- Identify opportunities to elevate VIC engagement throughpersonalized services, exclusive previews, and bespoke offerings. -Utilize CRM tools to track client preferences, purchase history,and feedback to tailor experiences effectively. - Lead theexecution of exclusive events, including bi-annual fashion shows,intimate dinners, and seasonal collection previews ensuringseamless experiences that align with TOM FORD standards. -Collaborate with retail and marketing teams across various regionsto ensure cohesive event experiences. - Oversee coordination withexternal event suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality serviceand seamless event execution. - Develop and oversee tailored yearlygifting programs for VICs, ensuring they align with brand prestigeand customer preferences. - Coordinate with internal teams andsuppliers to source, personalize, and deliver high-end gifts forkey occasions (fashion weeks, personal milestones, holidays, etc.).- Analyze gifting impact on customer loyalty and engagement,refining strategies based on feedback and data insights. - Provideguidance and training to retail teams on VIC engagement strategiesand luxury service etiquette. - Foster a client-centric culturewithin the organization, emphasizing the importance of personalizedservice. - Monitor and analyze VIC engagement metrics to assess theeffectiveness of implemented strategies. - Prepare regular reportsfor senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, andareas for improvement. Key Requirements: - Bachelor''s degree inBusiness, Marketing, Luxury Management, or a related field. - 4-5years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashionretail sector. - Proficiency in CRM systems, Power BI, MS Excel,and commonly used POS cash systems. - Fluency in English;proficiency in additional languages is a plus. - Sophisticatedcommunication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. -Willingness to travel internationally as required. - Luxury RetailExpertise: In-depth understanding of the luxury fashion industryand the unique expectations of high-net-worth clients. - EventManagement & Supplier Coordination: Proven experience inplanning and executing high-profile events that reflect brandprestige and cater to discerning clientele. - Interpersonal Skills:exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, witha focus on discretion and professionalism. - Strategic Thinking:ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that enhanceclient experiences and drive business growth. - Cross-FunctionalCollaboration: experience working with diverse teams acrossdifferent regions, ensuring alignment and consistency in clientengagement approaches. - Analytical Skills: competence in analyzingclient data to inform decision-making and personalize clientinteractions effectively.
