Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and address any deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing the premises. Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO compliance, and cleanliness. Conduct scheduled inventories and requisition necessary supplies. Monitor dining rooms for seating, service quality, safety, and guest well-being. Complete maintenance work orders as needed.Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching of employees. Serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy. Follow all safety and security policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions; complete safety training and certifications. Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality. Welcome guests, anticipate needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests sincerely. Communicate clearly and professionally. Foster positive relationships, support team goals, and respond to employee concerns. Ensure quality standards are met and suggest improvements for efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost savings. Read and verify information in various formats; visually inspect tools and equipment for defects. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. Use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Navigate narrow or elevated spaces, stairs, and service ramps. Reach overhead and below knees, including bending and twisting.
