Through creativity,entrepreneurship and passion our sales staff enhances theuniqueness of the Brand and is able to create a luxurious andvisually pleasing environment for our customers in line with theBulgari spirit. Accountabilities Sales and Services - Maximizesales opportunity deriving from any entrance in store - Acting as aBrand Ambassador by representing and promoting the brand inside andoutside of the Store, by engaging and acquiring potentialcustomers. This involve, as instance taking part in networkingevents - Contribute to the KPIs achievement - Handle allclients/prospects entering the store for whatever reason (browsing,purchase, after-sales, complaints) - Handle sales process as perdelivery standards (from Welcome to Packaging) CRM - Enrich CRMdata base with clients granting KPIs quality in data collection -Develop prospects into CRM data base proactively focusing onhis/her social attitude and networking activities - Perform all CRM1 to 1 activities as per Store Manager indications including CRMAfter Sales Service (ex. follow up on watch maintenance) OtherActivities - Apply all sales related procedures and guidelines(discounts, security, fiscal, legal, etc.) - Ensure that all frontarea of the shop are neat, clean and products are displayed as perVM guidelines - Perform all AFSS front office activities directlyrelated to final customers acting as proactive point of andassuring that the customer satisfaction is constantly pursued andrestored Qualifications/Professional Capabilities - Experience inluxury retail sales - Knowledge of luxury competitive environment -Passion for the brand - Good computer skills (MS Office) - Fluencyin English - Chinese is a plus Personal Competencies - Excellentselling skills - Strong Interpersonal skills and outstandingcustomer orientation - Entrepreneurship - Strong networkingattitude - Business awareness - Teamwork
