Operating in over 45 countries with a dedicated team of 300 passionate professionals, Aweta is committed to excellence.Opening New Markets and Achieving Growth in Central EuropeYou will be responsible for achieving the revenue and profit targets with existing and new customers in the assigned countries, focusing on German-speaking regions, Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.Your role includes developing new business through acquisition, converting market opportunities into results, managing the entire sales cycle, and maintaining your own portfolio.Collaborate with the sales team to define and implement commercial policies and segment strategies for each market to increase market share.Engage with customers proactively, translating their needs into compelling value propositions, negotiating, and closing profitable deals with support from the sales team.Oversee the implementation and follow-up of agreements in close cooperation with colleagues across the group.Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and agents, working closely with them.Participate in trade fairs and represent your company professionally.You will report directly to the Italian Sales Director as the Area Sales Manager.Job RequirementsRelevant education, such as a bachelors or masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Technology, Ag Tech, Horticulture, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in industrial automation for fresh produce or food processing industries.Demonstrable affinity for technology or machinery; knowledge of the fruit and vegetable sector is advantageous.Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.Fluent in German and Italian, with professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are beneficial.CompetenciesExcellent networking and negotiation skills with strong business acumen.Effective listening and communication skills, capable of providing tailored solutions.Customer- and market-oriented mindset.Comfortable with delivering technical and commercial presentations.Analytical, solution-focused, stress-resistant, and adaptable.OfferThis is an excellent career opportunity to join an international, innovative niche player within an informal work environment.
