He/She ensures continuous process improvement, seeks new possibilities for simplification and optimization, and pays particular attention to load optimization from economic and environmental perspectives.Responsibilities include:Supporting the definition, update, and implementation of optimal routes to minimize costs and delivery times;Organizing load assignments to vehicles based on capacity and product characteristics, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules;Coordinating with logistics service providers (couriers, distribution hubs);Managing courier contracts, monitoring SLAs and KPIs;Monitoring shipments, ensuring delivery compliance, and providing support during transportation issues, communicating with internal and external stakeholders;Maintaining traceability of transports, cross-referencing data, analyzing transport costs, and identifying areas for improvement; preparing reports for management;Managing customer requests and resolving issues related to transportation;Evaluating new technologies to improve transport efficiency, such as telematics systems.Qualifications:Bachelor''s or Masters Degree in Supply Chain, Management Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or related disciplines;Required Skills:Strong knowledge of SAP (SAP S/4HANA - Production Planning and Material Management modules);Strong business data analysis skills;Knowledge of key Supply Chain processes (e.g., Demand Management, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Order Management, Delivery Management, Inventory Management, Customer Care, Supplier Management);Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, especially GDP;Fluent in Italian and English.Preferred Skills:Pharmaceutical experience (at least 3-5 years) is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
