Reporting to theFinance Manager, he/she will provide support in the followingactivities: Roles & Responsibilities: - Billing process toclients and collect payments, reporting to the Finance Manager; -Support in administrative tasks mainly in account receivableprocess; - Issuing invoice to client; - Sent electronic invoice; -Collect support document to client from other departments; - Ensurecorrect timing; - Support in relationship with client to collectpayments; - Support controller colleagues by guarantee the timingof billing process; - Generating reports for internal use. Attitude& Attributes: - Good IT skills - Good communicator both verbaland written (in English as well); - Able to show the rightprofessional approach; - Be able to maintain strong attention todetail; - Extremely passionate, positive and proactive; - Excellentaptitude for teamwork and a collaborative approach.
