What Youll Be Doing:
Sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach.
Conducting screening calls and interviews to assess fit for our clients roles.
Building and maintaining strong candidate networks in your specialist market.
Collaborating closely with consultants to understand client needs and tailor your search accordingly.
Guiding candidates through the recruitment process with clarity, professionalism, and care.
Supporting candidates through offer stages and ensuring a smooth transition into new roles.
What Youll Need:
Experience in recruitment or any other client-facing role (agency is a plus).
Strong communication skills fluent in English , both written and spoken.
A proactive, solutions-focused and target-driven mindset.
