He/she will manage a service E-Beam processing facility as a profit center. He/she will be responsible for all phases of plant operation, including supporting sales, production, distribution, and Customer service. Duties include adherence to regulatory agencies, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and Quality System policies and procedures. He/she will ensure positive employee relations and a safe working environment, as well as monitor the financial performance of the processing facility.DutiesEstablish an organizational structure by assigning responsibilities, delegating authority, and selecting, orienting, and training direct reports.Build facility organizational staff through coaching, counseling, motivating, and disciplining as needed; plan, monitor, and appraise job results; foster high employee morale and inter-department cooperation.Achieve financial objectives by preparing operating budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, studying costs, and initiating corrective actions; request assistance from internal financial support as needed.Maintain a safe, clean, and secure working environment by establishing procedures, rules, and regulations; monitor safety and security systems; chair plant safety meetings; assume role as Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) if applicable.Manage production staff effectively to meet processing requirements; monitor preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.Ensure compliance with Corporate QSRC and GMP procedures through training programs.Ensure compliance with all regulations and licensing requirements; conduct plant tours for regulators.Resolve internal complaints and grievances with support from the Director of Plant Operations and HR.Attend educational workshops, review publications, and participate in professional societies to enhance skills.Promote employee safety through personal protection and monitoring devices.Oversee current and new business activities, develop plans, and lead audits.Manage plant operations to meet customer requirements; coordinate with various departments.Collect, analyze, and report data for management review.Investigate and resolve customer complaints; participate in community activities.Seek continuous improvement opportunities and incorporate staff suggestions.Perform team duties in accordance with the Code of Business Conduct, GMP, and other directives.Provide courteous and professional responses to inquiries and offers of assistance.Handle confidential information responsibly.Uphold the company''s values of Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement.Support directives and perform other duties as assigned.Education DegreeBachelor''s Degree or Master''s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, or related fields.Required ExperienceMinimum of five years of managerial experience, preferably in ISO and/or GMP related industries with a strong Customer focus.Proficiency in Italian and English communication skills.Ability to work independently under general guidelines.Computer literacy in relevant software applications.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Interpersonal skills demonstrated through management experience.Adaptability to changing duties and responsibilities.Ability to motivate and evaluate team members; make decisions under stress.Additional InformationWe are committed to equal employment opportunity and affirmative action programs.
