Your Responsibilities: ClientRelationship Management - Develop and maintain strong, long-termrelationships with key clients in Italy. - Serve as the primarypoint of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs andconcerns promptly and effectively. - Conduct regular meetings withclients to review performance, understand their needs, and proposetailored solutions. Sales and Revenue Growth - Achieve salestargets and objectives for assigned key accounts in Italy. -Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existingaccounts. - New business development for the Italian market. -Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategicaccount plans. (Future responsibility) Team Management: - Providestrong leadership to the team, setting clear goals andexpectations. - Foster a positive and inclusive team culture thatpromotes collaboration, innovation, and accountability. - Coach,mentor, and develop team members to maximize their potential andperformance. - Resolve conflicts and address any issues orchallenges within the team effectively. Technical Expertise -Maintain a deep understanding of our embedded computing productsand services. - Provide technical guidance and support to clients,helping them to leverage our solutions effectively. - Stay informedabout industry trends and advancements to anticipate client needsand recommend appropriate solutions. Cross-functional Collaboration- Work closely with the engineering, product management, andcustomer support teams to ensure client requirements are met. -Coordinate with marketing to develop and implement client-specificmarketing strategies and campaigns. Reporting and Analysis -Monitor and report on key account performance metrics. - Analyzesales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities andareas for improvement. - Prepare regular reports for seniormanagement, highlighting key achievements and challenges. Yourqualifications and skills: - Bachelors or masters degree inelectronic/computer engineering (preferred) - Proven track recordof success in sales roles, with at least 5+ years of experience ina key account management position. - Strong Experience in B2Bsales, within good understanding of the industrial PC marketdynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape in Italy. -Deep understanding of sales principles, techniques, andmethodologies, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growthand exceed sales targets. - Knowledge of industry-specificregulations and standards. - Fluent (oral and in writing) inItalian and English. - Excellent communication, negotiation, andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport andinfluence key stakeholders. - Strategic thinker with the ability todevelop and execute effective sales strategies in a dynamic andcompetitive market environment. - Analytical mindset withproficiency in sales analytics, forecasting, and performancemeasurement. - Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers,attend industry events, and support sales team activities.
