Responsibilities
- Engage with clients enthusiastically, creating a positive experience
- Handle matters in private and public construction law, administrative law, procurement law, tenancy law, and real estate law in both French and German
- Draft and review contracts across various legal areas
- Communicate and negotiate with French-speaking clients, law firms, and authorities
- Conduct legal clarifications and contribute to expert reports
- Develop legal strategies and negotiation tactics for court and negotiations
Qualifications
- Swiss or recognized foreign law degree and admission to practice in Switzerland
- Experience in the relevant legal fields
- Master''s degree in law with good academic results
- Interest in entrepreneurship and economic and construction law issues
- Self-reliance, initiative, and team spirit
- Proficiency in German and very good French skills in spoken and written form
- Enjoy collaborating with colleagues in a corporate law setting
