We are looking for an independent and versatile team member to support end user device catalogue at Securitas. As an IT Assets Catalogue Coordinator , you will be responsible for overseeing the IT assets catalogue within countries in Europe. The projects you will work with are carried out in an international setting and you will be working with team members & stakeholders across Europe.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update the IT assets catalogue to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of IT hardware and software assets.
  2. Establish & maintain strong and long-lasting business relations with local entities/stakeholders.
  3. Ensure divisional standardization and consolidation strategies are applied on country level(s).
  4. Act as a catalogue manager and single point of contact with agreed supplier(s).
  5. Manage the IT contracts database and keep an eye on their renewals.
  6. Mentor and guide local colleagues in order to manage quality, improve processes and operations.
  7. Collect all necessary information from the countries to analyze new potential areas.
  8. Time reporting and budget follow-up.

  4. Proactive with the ability to prioritize own time and tasks
  5. Focused on delivering results

Technical skills:

  1. English - fluency, both written and verbal
  2. PowerPoint and Excel skills - advanced

Experience & know-how:

  1. At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT Administration, preferably in IT organization.
  2. Previous experience with multinational and cross-border organizations.
  3. Solid understanding of demand management, cost structure, saving impact on IT budget and business continuity.
  4. Fundamental understanding of the IT equipment & computer hardware.

Location: Role is based in Poland, Warsaw.

Working model: Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office.
