NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EIB funded project called: Public Sector Loan Facility Advisory for the Maritsa East Complex and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project. Location: Bulgaria. Key Expert: Senior Financing Investment Advisor (Cat. At least a Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field ( minimum requirement ). Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English ( minimum requirement ). Excel VBA, Bloomberg Terminal, or similar) will be considered an asset. At least 10 years of professional experience in infrastructure finance, energy investment, and public-private partnerships (PPPs) ( minimum requirement ). Experience in structuring and securing financing for large-scale energy and industrial projects, as demonstrated by at least 3 projects ( minimum requirement ). Experience advising governments and financial institutions on energy investment strategies will be considered an asset. Experience working on energy transition financing in EU coal regions will be considered an asset.
