About the role
At Madaster, were on a mission to make the built environment circular by turning buildings into material banks. Our platform helps real estate professionals track the materials inside their assets, understand their impact, and make smarter, more sustainable choices.
As our Customer Experience Coordinator, youll be part of the team that brings this mission to life for our users. Youll help ensure customers are smoothly onboarded, clearly supported, and empowered to get the most out of the platform.
Your work wont just support our users - it will help us evolve the platform. The insights you gather and structure will feed directly into product development, content improvements, and how we communicate change.
This is an ideal entry point into the world of circularity, sustainability tech, and digital transformation with lots of room to learn, grow, and contribute.
Your Responsibilities
Customer Experience Coordination
- Schedule onboarding sessions, training calls, and customer roundtables
- Support retention and reactivation campaigns with clear, friendly communication
- Help log and organise user feedback and link it to product and service improvements
Content Education Support
- Assist in updating onboarding templates, customer guides, and support documentation
- Help make our tools and learning materials clearer and easier to use
- Coordinate the release of new content (e.g. webinars, platform updates)
- Keep internal content libraries tidy and accessible
Cross-Team Collaboration Growth
- Work closely with the Strategic CSM and CX Lead
- Shadow customer conversations and internal strategy sessions and take on your own projects
- Own impactful initiatives like churn tracking, doc audits, or survey analysis
- Be part of a team that values clarity, iteration, and user-driven thinking

- Are fluent in English and Dutch (French is a big plus!)
- Are proactive, detail-oriented, and great at following through
- Love improving how things are communicated, structured, and experienced
- Are curious about circularity, sustainability, digital platforms, and tech-for-good
