As a Presentation Designer, you''ll work as part of our Design team, crafting compelling visuals that bring the world''s greatest messages to life. Employees new to Duarte typically start at the beginning of the pay range. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that includes monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental, and vision for employees).
Duarte utilizes a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors. The National Average range provided below will be reviewed and adjusted as needed based on location, experience, and job-related skills.
Salary Description: $61,500 - $70,500 (Annually before Geo Adjust)
