Obowiazki
Your responsibilities:
- Overseeing IT projects from start to finish and maintenance,
- Gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications,
- Planning, coordinating, and monitoring project execution,
- Leading Agile projects (SCRUM/Scrumban) and managing resources,
- Ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery ,
- Communicating with international clients and internal teams,
- Optimizing project processes and mitigating risks,
- Overseeing project budgets (Time & Material) and tracking time reports,
- Reporting progress, and maintaining documentation (JIRA, Confluence).
Wymagania
Apply if you have:
- 3 years of proven commercial experience as a Project Manager,
- Solid practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodologies and tools,
- Understanding of software development processes ,
- Proficiency in setting tasks and requirements,
- Expertise in managing international customers expectations ,
- Ability to identify project risks and manage them,
- Expertise in managing a projects budget in time and material model,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment,
- Excellent English (C1 level) and Polish(C1 ) communication skills.
