A high-growth fintech with a global footprint is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join their Team team. Youll be instrumental in driving the evolution of a large-scale payments and trading platform used by businesses worldwide, working closely with engineering squads across South America and Europe.

The role:
- Take full ownership of new features and services from design to deployment.
- Use product data, feedback and A/B testing to guide decision-making.
- Lead technical delivery, working closely with product managers and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Build clean, scalable services and APIs.
- Code across front-end and back-end (React/Vue and Python/Django or Node.js).
- Contribute to technical architecture and best practices.
- Write testable, secure code and adopt a you build it, you run it mindset.
- Occasionally participate in an on-call rota.
What theyre looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong grasp of algorithms, design principles and modern frameworks.
- Fluent in English and comfortable working in distributed teams.
- Comfortable with Python 3 and modern JavaScript (Vue, React etc).
- Background in Computer Science or similar.
- Bonus: experience applying AI/ML to product challenges.
