Establish and continuously optimize the quality standards system. Coordinate the setting and breakdown of business quality targets for the Center of Excellence (COE). Monitor and analyze overall network quality trends and target achievement, identifying and addressing quality issues across different levels, and driving responsible units to implement improvements (including distribution stations, pickup, delivery, transportation, and sorting). Oversee the development and enhancement of operational quality-related system tools (such as system operation processes, data analysis, and reporting functions).
