Position: As the TFT Tobacco Processing Manager you will: Lead and manage a team of TFT technical instructors, ensuring effective performance, task allocation, and structured training development. Deliver technical training and develop efficiency improvement plans for personnel. Provide technical support to factories, including machinery performance, quality, safety, and maintenance improvements. Participate in technical projects, skills assessments, and training needs analysis. Stay updated on equipment modifications, prepare technical documentation, and maintain training program accuracy. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external functions (e.g., Global IWS Teams, Quality, Engineering, etc.). Requirements: STEM education (High School minimum); additional technical qualifications are an advantage. At least 5 years of experience in the tobacco industry, with strong knowledge of tobacco processing (primary) equipment. Deep understanding of technical training methodologies and equipment maintenance. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with global teams. Experience in people management/coaching and in training delivery. Fluency in English. Availability for business travel approximately 70% of working time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. With a team of more than 50 experts, we provide technical and functional training across multiple factories, supporting performance improvements and complex projects, working under IWS philosophy. Our reach spans 40+ GSC factories, we train 1,500+ technicians each year, executing multiple key technical projects within the GSC on its IWS journey across JTIs operations.
