For the position of site manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You are responsible for the technical and financial follow-up and supervision of one or more construction sites.
- You are responsible for planning and monitoring the site activities.
- You maintain regular contacts with the client.
- You manage the execution personnel by enthusing the workers and stimulating their activity.
- You control the project''s quality plan during execution.
For the position of site manager, you have
- A Bachelor/Master degree in construction engineering (or equivalent through experience) and minimum 3 years of experience as a site manager.
- Experience within infrastructure is required.
- If you have experience in laying firewater pipes, this is a plus.
- Contact skills in French and English.
- Have an understanding of IT applications.
- Attention to quality, safety and environmental care.
- Competencies: Communicative, independent, delegating, organising, collegial.
