Social network you want to login/join with:RINA is currently recruiting for a Supervisore HSE to join a project in Sannazzaro de Burgondi (Pavia) within the Energy Project Solutions Division.MissionThe Site Operations Supervisor is an entry-level position that provides a foundational role in learning and contributing to site operations. This individual is expected to actively participate in safety measures, communicate effectively, and support the overall success of projects.Key AccountabilitiesThe HSE Supervisor is responsible for:Assisting and advising the various Construction Superintendents in the safe operation of all construction activities to prevent accidents, incidents, and near misses on Customer construction and production sites.Ensuring compliance with Customer Safety Policies and Procedures, as well as Local Legislation regarding HSE Regulations related to Construction and Fire Safety.Carrying out scheduled audits of the Managing Contractors HSE policies, procedures, and performance.Participating with the Managing Contractor on scheduled HSE audits of the construction contractors.Interfacing regularly with Customer HSE personnel in the field to review and discuss performance, coordinate activities, etc.Engaging with construction team members responsible for permitting, QA/QC, and construction to ensure adherence to HSE requirements, planning ahead to prevent issues.Collaborating with the Management Contractor to improve construction contractor practices related to HSE.Supporting all construction contractor programs related to HSE training, safety induction, toolbox meetings, and safety programs.Assisting in risk assessments and the preparation of method statements for construction activities.Investigating all accidents, incidents, and near misses, maintaining logs, and ensuring internal reporting.Planning and executing field drills with Customer HSE and Managing Contractor to familiarize personnel with emergency procedures.Participating in HSE meetings involving Customer, Managing Contractor, and subcontractors.Assisting in preparing the Contractor Monthly Safety Report.EducationHigh School Diploma/GED in General Studies or equivalent.QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of experience as HSE Advisor/Field Supervisor in Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas or power industries, focusing on pressure components, piping, pipelines, valves, rotating equipment, steel structures, etc.Safety Certification in safety management or relevant safety training programs.
