Job purpose Provide support designing, implementing and monitoring the Group''s Human Resources policies and procedures in the areas of Personnel Administration, Labour Relations, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Evaluation, and Internal Communications of the Company, and ensure compliance with local labour laws. Main functions: Recruitment Provide support in recruitment and selection: search for recruitment sources, CV screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating job offers. Monthly reporting of the selection processes and their status. Carry out onboarding plans for new hires, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles. Create and process employment documents and manage daily HR processes and ensure compliance with Polish labour laws. Manage end-to-end payroll operations. Review and validate payroll inputs, including employee data, timesheets, benefits, and deductions, for accuracy and compliance. Labour relations Answer queries and resolve doubts from employees about working conditions and payroll. Collaborate in the preparation and management of the work calendar and vacations. Training Support and coordinate training requirements, as well as monitor the annual training planning. Manage training and development courses, booking them, organizing rooms, material, etc., controlling attendance records and managing the necessary documentation. Engagement Contribute to the development of corporate culture. Carry out activities that generate a collaborative work environment such as teambuilding. Participate in internal and external communications. Required skills/knowledge Bachelor''s Degree in HR, Labour relations, Business Administration, Law or similar subject.
