As Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end onboarding of 2 integration projects for the Fleet department.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that 2x new Jack Up vessels and mission-critical equipments are accurately represented, maintained, and tracked within Maximo, enabling operational readiness and long-term asset reliability. You will coordinate across technical, digital, and operational teams to ensure seamless integration of vessel data, reliability strategies, and maintenance workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Lead the onboarding projects for two new jack-up vessels and mission-critical equipments, ensuring timely and accurate integration into Maximo.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with Reliability Engineering, Digital Data Engineers, and Vessel ''s crew to gather and validate asset data.
System Integration:
Oversee the creation of vessels backbone, asset hierarchies, spare parts inventory, and maintenance strategies in Maximo.
Data Governance:
Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with asset management standards.
Reporting & Communication:
Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and milestones.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance asset onboarding processes and digital workflows.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or masters degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management within maritime, offshore, or heavy equipment industries.
Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems (preferably Maximo).
Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and reliability engineering.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and project management tools (e.g., DevOps).
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
Experience with digital transformation or data-driven asset management projects.
Experience in maritime operations, digital maintenance system, and maintenance management
