The recruitment process for theLinux Recruitment Engineerposition has following steps:
- Survey ~ 10min
- Screening - 30 min
- Technical interview - 1h (depending on your experience and how fast we can go through some things)
The candidate must have:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct technical interviews (we will teach you how)
- Passion to psychology, communication, and human behaviour
- 2+ years of strong Linux experience (processes, memory managment; not need commercial exp, but you need to be poweruser, sysadmin, Linux dev, more is better)
- Know quite well at least 1 programming language (python, dart, javascript/typescript, java, haskell, whatever)
- Solid programming skills (design patterns, concurrency, multi threading)
- Fluent in English
