Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Service Manager to join our team in Belgium. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our distributor network across Europe. You will act as the technical backbone for our partners, ensuring smooth installations, effective troubleshooting, and high-quality technical training.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support to distributors across European countries.
- Assist with critical machine installations and commissioning.
- Conduct hands-on repairs and interventions when needed.
- Train distributor service teams on Tolon products and procedures.
- Collaborate with distributors during complex service cases and conduct joint customer visits when required.
- Act as a liaison between Tolon HQ and local service partners to ensure consistent service standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience with industrial laundry equipment or similar industrial machinery.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
- Fluency in English (additionally French).
- Self-driven, hands-on, and adaptable to diverse work environments.
- EU work authorization required.
