Your Role: Inside Sales Executive
As an Inside Sales Executive, youll play a pivotal role in converting warm leads into lasting business relationships. This is not a cold-calling environmentinstead, you''ll be leveraging existing interest to drive value, close deals, and support key clients.
You will:
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and follow up on warm leads from marketing and operations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Collaborate closely with pricing and operations teams to ensure competitive, tailored offers.
- Provide quotations, handle RFQs, and support sales admin processes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to sales pipeline growth.
- Support occasional account management and client retention efforts.
What Were Looking For
- 2+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, or a similar B2B sales environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitudeyou''re persuasive, professional, and a relationship builder.
- Proven experience in pricing and/or operations (air/ocean/road logistics preferred).
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are a strong plus.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
